Landcare Week Bus Tour 2025

Join us for an exciting bus tour as we celebrate Landcare Week and explore three remarkable Landcare sites:

Toronto Greenway Landcare
Keith Barry Oval Landcare
Coal Point Progress Association Gurranba Landcare

At each of these stops, you can learn about Landcare projects directly from local Landcarers, as well as the Flying-fox Camp Project at Blackalls Park from Council's Natural Areas team.

Morning Tea and Lunch provided. Bring a water bottle and your keep-cup/ coffee mug. Please wear sun protection and covered footwear.

There will be approximately 3km walking on flat terrain and may include some tree roots and spongey ground.

This is a free event but bookings are essential as numbers are limited. Preference will be given to currently active Lake Macquarie Landcare volunteers.
